The critical study of the legal framing of the audio-visual regulatory authority, evokes a series of remarks, as well on the level of its ambiguous legal status which often does not fulfill the fundamental requirements of the technicality of the regulation in the audio-visual sector; That on the level of the limits which characterize its attributions which were entrusted by the texts on the matter.

L’étude critique du cadre juridique de l’autorité de régulation de l’audiovisuel évoque une série de remarques, aussi bien au niveau de son statut juridique ambigû, qui ne répond pas souvent aux exigences fondamentales de la technicité de la régulation dans le secteur audiovisuel, qu’au niveau des limites qui caractérisent ses attributions qui ont été confiées par les textes en la matière.
