Information and communication technology is one of the subjects which interest the researchers recently, It is one of the most important modern requirements.

This study aims to identify the reality of information and communication technology in Algeria and its main associated developments.

Also, the evaluation of its situation through an analysis of phone market and its density of usage, mobile market and online market .

In addition to Electronic commerce in Algeria .

This study comes to many results; the most important one is that Algeria is still far away from the level that other countries has reached in the field of information and communication technology.

It also suffers from a significant reduction in the percentage of E-commerce use.
