The target of this article is study the importance of investing in renewable energies in the transition to a green economy and rationalize the exploitation of Arab oil resources through monitor the Arab scene the energy and clarify the economic complications, social, environmental and stand at the best investments adopted by the Arab countries to the greening of the energy sector, where limited our study on a sample of the Arab oilproducing countries formed from seven countries (Algeria, United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Iraq, Qatar, Kuwait, Libya).

We concluded in this study that the green economy represents the path towards sustainable development , the energy is of the most important strategic sectors that the Green Economy identified the occasional lines to ensure its sustainability, and despite the efforts of the oil Arab countries to the greening of the energy sector, but that is still enough if it was comparable with the developed countries , and still renewable energy represents a small fraction of the energy mix in the oil Arab countries Waiting for what will be Issued by the future decision-makers in this regard.
