The emergence and development of mathematics, passed through the stages of historical and civilization can not be ignored regardless of the reasons or motives, and among these great civilizations that did not take their share of interest and analysis, which contributed to the determination of the course of this science, are the ancient civilizations in general and the civilization of Mesopotamia especially .

The main objective of this research is to clarify the dynamics of mathematical thinking in ancient times in the Greek civilization, which for many centuries remained the only scientific miracle that the Western world revered and sanctified.
