There a strong interest in factor analysis in various humanitarian and scientific studies during the recent period, but which is striking, that this method did not give in Arabic only by psychologists who used it in multiple research.

It has gone through the use of factor analysis in the Arab world in two phases: An early phase where they have been used simple methods in terms of the amount of work and effort and possibilities, and the current phase, which was full of using the most advanced and complex methods as a result of entering the electronic computers.

In this research paper we will use a data analysis methods with one of the methods such as an analysis way by the principal components.

The aim of this paper is to highlight the factor analysis approach as follows: 1 - to clarify the concept of factor analysis and objectives.

2 - Steps to use factor analysis and focus on the method of analysis by the principal components of how to apply them in the organization and that in order to rationalize decision in the future
