With the development of trade varied forms of state intervention in international trade relations management by adopting different policies in order to achieve its development goals modeled based on the dimensions and environmental requirements as a mechanism to protect their economies from foreign competition than the form of difficulty in marketing the products of these countries to the process of global markets.
