Abstract EN

This study attempts to illuminate the phenomenon of adding syllables like a one of the linguistic phenomena that many human languages adopt in order to generate their words and develop their verbal wealth.

These languages use an added syllable that attaches to its radicale in the form of prefixes or suffixes.

The study contain a definition of this phenomenon, and tried to distinguish it from other means used by language in order to diversify their grammatical and morphological expressions, and I have present the views of some researchers, and show some of their conception in the Arabic language from morph-phonological vision.
