Abstract EN

This study aims to identify the factors contributing to the adoption of market orientation and exploring its reality in the small and medium-sized enterprises located at Annaba Province.

In order to achieve this objective a questionnaire was developed and distributed on a random sample of 25 employees in senior management levels.

The data was analyzed based on a set of statistical methods such as the arithmetic mean and standard deviation.

The main results of the current study demonstrate that the studied institutions suffer from many obstacles than incentives to be market-oriented
