the success of any association or organization stands on its ability to reach leadership.

Undoubtedly, this can’t be done without man who is the content of creativity process, the objective of this study is meant to show the importance of organizational citizenship behavior and its role to support and better the creative abilities of workers in the organization which enable it to find out new solutions and ideas at organizational level or technology.

Now, we have made a study to a sample of workers at the national society of industrial cars (véhicules) SNVI, and we deduced that the level of organizational citizenship behavior of workers was with a high degree and the society has a fertile land for creativity.

Moreover, the there is a strong relationship between the high level of organizational citizenship behavior and the capacity of workers at the organizational creativity.
