This paper highlights some of the leading models and experiences in the field of government application and e-services in the Arab and international countries, and focuses on the most important features and experiences of these countries and draws a number of lessons that can be used in this area.

A number of countries, including Bahrain, the UAE, Qatar, India, Brazil, South Korea, France and the United States, have been tested and tested in a number of countries.

Finally, the paper presents the basic recommendations to be made in the application of government and e-services.
