Where, corporate the function of department, with the computer ( network), this last one helped her in moving towards recent electronic administration, which is essentially aimed to raise the quality and performance institutions.

Finally, in spite of the efforts made to realize the electronic administration in Algeria, Nevertheless, This latter faces many problems that may be a barrier to its development and spread.
