Entrepreneurship may be defined as a social process aiming to create economic and social resources through the initiative of a group of entrepreneurs to create new institutions or develop others under the prevailing laws by discovering and exploiting the existing group of opportunities that have the potential to be actualized with the ability to predict, Which can be dragged on, and that the success and effectiveness of this process is linked in particular to the extent of appropriate social and cultural context of the requirements of the practice of contracting work successfully.

we will try in this paper to address the reality of Entrepreneurship in Algeria as an alternative to develop and highlight the importance of a cultural practice for the success of socio-entrepreneurial dimensional work.
