Abstract EN

Islamic banks use different finance modes, but these modes some of which is based on the concept of ownership such as Mucharaka and Mudaraba, where the Islamic Banks and their clients share between them in the ownership of the project that is financed by both side, regardless of what each one provided, the money or work or both of them, and as a result of this partnership the client takes the recipe of the project's owner.

And some of which is based on the concept of debt such as Murabaha which produces about dealing with it a fixed debt owed on the client beneficiary of funding.

However, it is noted that the most researchers believe that the Islamic modes of financing and investment based on the concept of ownership is the basis for economic development.

There was also the belief that the modes based on the concept of debt such as Mudaraba, for example, are commercial and consumer modes and does not give any benefit for the economy and development.

Accordingly, we will try through this study to know whether all the finance modes based on the concept of ownership used by Islamic banks or it is in their foundational systems are a developmental modes or not?
