All the world's regions including the Arab region are seem radical changes in both economic and political structures.

The most highlight of these changes، are those resulting from recent trends in way of economic integration.

Which becames the objective of both major and minor countries since it last the only means which works to coordinate the various economic elements in a whole or in a part within the bloc، ans thus serve the common goals set in a uniform manner by the integration of countries.

Accordingly, this paper aims to give an overview of the efforts made by the Maghreb countries in this area, along with the assessment of those attempts a way that paints the future of this experiment parameters, which would find it Maghreb countries privileged place it next to the various global conglomerates.
