The study aims to recognize the necessary factors for empowerment process, and its availability in Algerian institutions and the degree of its application under new requirements of globalization and opening markets to realize compatibility between economic objectives and current bets that faced, the case of heavy MANTAL SPA Company of Tlemcen will be studied.
The study concluded that the application of empowerment in the institution under study is not easy, especially in the absence of participation principle and the limited impact and contribution of employees to take decision, on the reason that empowerment tangled operation in its elements, components and dimensions.
