Abstract EN

This study aims to define both of information criminality and financial crime and its characteristics, and showing what is the relationship between them.

As we know information criminality touched all fields, and also economic field, and it is impossible for any crime type to do far from the technical and the digital ,this made humans today in front of a developed scarce, wich can not deal or face them.

the results show that there is a relationship between information criminality and international financial and economic criminality, since that the information criminality regarded as one of forms of international financial and economic crime .
