Abstract EN

Penal judiciary is considered as one of the most restrictive stations to human beings freedoms in varous forms.As it may possibly end with a death sentence as an ultimate state of restriction -As- a matter of fact, it's quite compulsory to separate the different functions of the judicial work; investigation, indictment and trid, because this chapter guarantees and ensures the independence of judiciary and making it neutral.

Separating the different functions helps in the neutrality of the judiciary as individuals or as an authority which contributes in the protection of the human rights and freedoms.
