There is no doubt that the international trade rules and the GATT, have contributed to the trade and services liberalization, but they have not been resolved to determine the applicable national law, and which is due to the rules of private international law relating to conflict of laws and private international rules of jurisdiction or commercial arbitration, which vary from state to state, and to the men of international trade need for new legal rules that are more suitable for their circumstances.
