Abstract EN

Social insurance system is intended to establish social integrity principle which guarantees fundamental labor rights.

The system is also one of social security legal vehicles employed to ensure laborers' social and economic security by security their income against temporary and permanent social jeopardies.

It is noted that Federal Legislator has excluded numerous laborer categories from the umbrella of Pension and Social Insurance Law with the absence of any specific regulations guaranteeing insurance protection to such categories.

Hence, the present study aims to develop effective solutions and introduce legal reforms to the scope of social insurance.

Such introduced reforms are justified given the social and economic impacts likely to be created should the reforms are channeled towards reinvesting insurance fees.
