Employing the means of technology in higher education has become a necessity of our society due to the need for faculty to be able to keep abreast of changes and developments of the era, as of the development of science is the way to improve society; therefore, educational institutions should provide more flexibility for educational systems and the emphasis on self-scientific growth for individuals to continue upgrading and keep up with the requirements of the times Knowing the modern technical means and how to deal with them and their optimal use has a great role in the development of scientific organizations and their outputs.

This is what we have tried to explain through our research: the research results showed that enabling the faculty members by way of technical means and his knowledge of them, have a positive effect on student achievement, on the educational institution, and its outputs in general.

This is evidenced by answers provided by faculty members (sample) on a questionnaire prepared by the researcher, which has 25 items divided into three main axes, all of which focus on the identification of the active role of media technology in student achievement By the end of this research a number of conclusions was achieved, one of the most important one is using technology modern means has better effect on student achievement than using traditional means, the other conclusion had shown the impact of the use of technical means in the delivery of information and clarify vague concepts, and the final one approve that the faculty member has the skills to use the means of technology that raise the motivation of students to learn and to participate in the lecture The most important recommendations of our research was to provide various types of technical means to the faculty member to enable him of diversification in the use of technical means according to the scientific material presented, as well as continuing having training courses to keep pace with evolution, and to provide a staff experienced on maintaining technical means to preserve them, and also encourage the institutes’ managers to adopt regular meetings, sharing views and approving the best in regard the technical means and improving the teaching institutes
