The raison that put up for her labor legislation is essentially protect the worker from the arbitrariness of employers.

But not only for the legal rules governing the employment relationship so as to effectively decrease the conflicts that can occur between the parties to the employment relationship and ensure effective solutions to these conflicts that put before the courts.

two tasks can not be achieved without the knowledge of the reasons for the emergence of a dispute primarily individual work.

And it can be said that the reasons for the emergence of individual labor dispute - to distinguish collective dispute - according to Algerian labor legislation can be collected in two pillars: the first related to the convening of the working relationship and raised and the second related to the termination of the employment relationship or suspension this relation.
