Abstract EN

Following the consecutive increase the crimes of corruption which had become a serious danger threatening peoples economy, the United Nations proceeded to conclude an International agreement in 2003 the purpose of which was to fight corruption crimes .

Among the mechanisms included in that agreement in the field of international cooperation was the extradition of criminals which I am infamous of making the subject of this study under the title :” The Extradition of criminals according to the Rules of Fighting corruption Agreement of 2003”, because as far as I know most of the studies that have so for dealt with the U.N.

Agreement on Fighting corruption of 2003 haven’t sufficiently covered the question of extraditing people who have committed criminal acts in accordance with that agreement.

This topic has only been sporadically referred to in spite of the importance of this system in the crackdown on corrupt people and not providing a safe haven for them.

For the purpose of dealing adequately with the whole of what the U.N Agreement at 2003 for fighting corruption came up with concerning the extradition of criminals, I divided this study in to two parts.

In the first part Itried to specify the concept of the system of criminals extradition through defining this system.

The second dealt with the conditions and procedures of the system of extraditing criminals according to the rules of the U.N Agreement for Fighting corruption of 2003 which in turn was also subdivided in to two sections: The first was about the conditions for extraditing criminals and the second was for the procedures and effects of extraditing criminals preceded by the introduction of the research I concluded by mentioning the most important results and recommendations that I had come up with through the study
