Alternative means are mechanisms to resolve the conflict, that stand leeside the judiciary in the performance of his jobs , But the parties cam accepted or reject the solutions ,and in the case of violation of one of them the Agreement them present it before the judiciary or the arbitral for the adjudication of the case ,and the renegotiation is one of those mechanisms it is an accepted item like any other item of that fall during the implementation phase of the contract according the agreement of the parties .It can be agreed up on before the dispute arose or after its inception.
