Penalties administrative traffic were found to face some types of traffic crimes that do not require criminal penalization because of its inconsiderable importance in the society.

It could be faced simply by administrative traffic sanctions imposed by the competent administration without the need to prosecution.

Traffic penalties are distinguished because they are issued in the form of administrative decisions on one hand, and have punitive nature on the other hand which gave them an independence of all forms of penalty.
