It is regrettable that a country of a democratic state turns to the other individual, after a long experience of the rule by democracy.

The most regret when you find some of the forces that helped put an end to democratic rule in Iraq in the first republican era was the democratic forces in terms of thought and claims.

This study attempts to answer the fundamental question of why these civilian forces collaborated with the military groups to bring about a revolutionary change in the form and substance of the political system in Iraq, from a monarchy to a republican, and democratic to the individual? .

And tries to answer the question why the military groups denies each promises made to preserve the democratic and civil state?
