The policy of reform of the educational system in Algeria is not only to study the crisis of the educational system, or, as some prefer to reduce it within the school only.
Hence, we pay attention to these educational reforms with a kind of systematic and scientific approximation to reveal what they are, and what has been studied.
The post-independence educational system has devoted itself to the practice of governance by adopting a series of political slogans that reflected its ideological orientation at that stage.
However, what was achieved at that the time was only the policy that was centered on those three slogans (agricultural, industrial and cultural revolution), but the interest was only on industry and agriculture without interest in culture.
This shows that the matter was not free from backgrounds and contradictions that soon swept the political arena in the form of party bets.
Nevertheless, these conflicts were not dominated as long as they were under ideological cover based on individualism and collective opinion.
