Abstract EN

The aim of this study is to reveal the level of psychological and professional compatibility among university youth employed in pre-employment contracts, The study focused on a problem which examining the psychological and professional stability of this group.

The method used in this study is descriptive analytical approach.

The questionnaire was used as a data collection tool and was built on the three-ways, "Likert" method.The questionnaire satisfied the police officer of honesty and consistency, there questions were divided into four themes: the nature and conditions of work, the relationship with officials, administration, security and stability in work, and a special focus on salary and professional development, while the study sample consisted of "86"employees of both sexes.

The study found that the respondents have moderate degrees of psychological compatibility while their scores on the professional compatibility scale are weak.

It could be said that working with preemployment contracts causes staff dissatisfaction and decreases the value of work within the community and this is evident through several indicators.
