The attention to human rights in general and women's rights in specific, are considered as one of the significant topics in national and international sphere in the current age, especially the women's rights is related to the other half of community, but, at the same time we find some people believe that the demand for full equality between men and women is prejudice of the women right.

Despite of the international deals and treaties are claimed for full equality, now, we find a retreat from such a claim with passage of positive discrimination in favor of women to protect them and take care of her privacy, and at the same time we find in the Islamic legislation passage of the women rights, but, sometimes we find when looking superficiality to Al- Hajab or heritage for women ...

etc.

There are inequality and injustice against women, but the question is raised here, why not it is considered as a positive in favor of women, and to take care for her privacy? Or, is not woman worthy of this discrimination to protect her and take care of her privacy, and her biological formation?
