This study seeks to shed light on the crucial role played by social responsibility by directing and controlling corporate activity towards the positive performance in developing countries, especially the developed general, and taken into account the economic and social dimensions to two dimensions and the extent of the need to adopt and abide by commercial companies, as well as find out the reasons and motives calling for increased attention to social responsibility and the pursuit of the need for implementation by putting them in the legal framework and determining dimensions, especially if the international community is interested in taking the issue of social responsibility and how to manage it legally and setting international standards specification (ISO 26000).
