For the importance of the human’s life and the safety of his body, the occupation of medicine had appeared thousands of years ago.

During the passage of time, medication had been developed to the modern medicine now days.The old medicine differs from modern medicine methods but the old medicine is still used by societies throughout the world, it is called "The alternative medicine".Many persons practice this occupation as a job.They give medications to their ill customers, so there is a great danger in this occupation, because they treat directly the bodies of the ill people.Because of the misstates that may be done by the persons who practise the alternative medicine, and there is no special law in Iraq observes and organizes the occupation of the alternative medicine, so this study has appeared to apply the ability of the obligation for ensuring of safety, because it spead widly.To protect the ill persons who is treated by the alternative medicine and for the safety of their bodies.
