Abstract EN

The study deals with the legal organization to evoke witnesses as a mean of protecting the victim , we found by searching whenever witnesses have taken more protection reflected positively on the victims of crimes whether they are suspects or victims ,also we noticed that the legislative effort in this regards was not at the requires more legislative intervention of legislator to treat the lack of legislative intervention of legislator to treat the lack of legislative texts concerned.
