This study aims to evaluate the legal reforms initiated by Algeria in the field of improving the relationship of the local administration and citizen, analyzing the new principles enshrined by the constitution in this context as a reference basis for the different rights, and seeking its interpretation in practice by analyzing the most important laws and regulations contained this relationship.

Cette étude vise à évaluer les réformes juridiques menées par l'Algérie dans le domaine de l'amélioration de la relation de l'administration locale et le citoyen, en analysant les nouveaux principes consacrés par la constitution, et la recherche de son interprétation dans la pratique en analysant les plus importants textes législatifs et réglementaires qui ont inclus cette relation.
