Abstract EN

The origin in the Practicing of the individual of his basic rights & freedom is that it should agree with the community in which he lives , so that they do not interfere with the rights and freedom of others .

These rights will be contained within a network of freedom and of rights by which the so ciety intend , to provide its members with seaunty & happiness , and by this the basic function of human rights & freedom will be reached .

These ´rights & freedom can be subjected to some limitations and restrictions during ordinary or emergency situations .

For this reason we started to write this study.
