Indeed imposed constraints and challenges to human being, insure themselves against disasters ,bringing the insurance mechanism and a system followed, but the behavior of many companies and institutions took a different turn, making insurance a way to attract money and profit at the expense of the insured, propagated drafting several laws tried to correct this fact, and the reduction of abuse against the insured, and rated Algerian also chose this path, putting a special law for insurance on 25/01/1995, then follows the amendment in 20/02/2006, to keep up with the changes and overcome the shortcomings, in front of these efforts show the value of cooperative insurance as an alternative to a realistic and moral, to achieve the purpose of insurance from the point of purposeful and doctrinal.

So, any differentiation achieved by the insurance, to offer an alternative? Will the dimensions and features appearances in Algerian law?
