Abstract EN
The study aims to measure the quality of services provided in foreign Algerian banks level through cutomer’ opinion, So this study is based on SERVPERF to meaure the quality of service.
To achieve the objectives of this study was to develop a questionnaire where.
100 questionnaires were distributed in these banks in the city of Sidi Bel Abbes.
The results, indicating a high level of service quality in foreign Algerian banks.
Thus, our results also show a difference in the relative importance attached by customers of foreign Algerian banks to the criteria they use to assess the quality of services actually provided.
