Abstract EN

This study aimed to know the effect of intellectual capital on the performance by highlighting the reality of the use and interest of banks with their intellectual capital from the point of view of employees, we took the Agricultural and Rural Development bank operating in the town of sidi bel abbes a subject of this research.

We used the questionnaire as a means of collecting data, we distributed 50 questionnaire on stuff where we used the statistical package program for data analysis.The study found a number of results, the most important of which were :the effect of the components of intellectual capital on performance.It was found to have a significant effect of human capital and significantly on performance.The results also showed a significant effect of customer capital on performance, whether studied individually or even when studying the components of intellectual capital combined.

The effect of structural capital on performance has not been significant , it twas also found that the effect of structural capital on performance, but this effect was not significant when studying the impact of intellectual capital components, this indicate that interest in structural capital in performance less than attention to other dimensions.
