دراسة لأثر الفساد المالي و الإداري على أداء السياسة المالية في الجزائر خلال الفترة 2002-2015 باستخدام نماذج VAR

Abstract EN

This study aims to determine the nature of the relationship between the administrative and financial corruption and fiscal policy in Algeria during the period (2002 - 2015), and for that has been the use of self-regression vector of: VAR models, the study has found: that there is a causal relationship is heading overhead to the administrative and financial corruption, as an increase in public expenditure b: 1% leads to increased financial and administrative corruption in: 1.8%.

The causal relationship is moving from the administrative and financial corruption to budget deficit, as the increased financial and administrative corruption b : 1% leads to an increase budget deficit b: 0.15%, while the causal relationship between the financial and administrative corruption and public revenues did not show up.

and therefore the administrative and financial corruption in Algeria devotes by increasing the size of public expenditures, and translates the emergence budget deficit .
