The developments brought about by the information revolution and technological explosion caused many problems for the organizations , which makes it imperative to deal with these problems creatively, so is the interest in innovation and how its development among workers is necessary.

In order to reach high levels of creativity among individuals working in the organization it should be made a remarkable effort to provide the appropriate organizational culture and support for creativity, and organizational culture creative pose a challenge for any organization looking for the continuous development and innovation because of its impact in the formation of the behavior of workers and geared towards achieving goals and objectives of the organization in general.

This study aims to clarify the relationship between organizational culture and creativity among workers by recognizing the creative organizational culture characteristics, principles and steps to promote this type of organizational culture because of its impact on the creativity of workers
