Our study is considered as a trial to study the possibilities of the transformation toward the Electronic Banking and the updating of e-payment systems in Algeria in knowledge based economics, and that's through showing the main barriers those stand in front of updating those seems, And finding the important procedures that we should take in order to develop this sector.
