English Abstract

In a world described by Globalization and economic crises, it has becomeurgentlynecessarily for the business organizations to beaware of and to copewiththeir impact on the environment and society as a whole.

Where the interest of maximize profit is no longer the only goal that justifies anything for it’ssake on the account of all otherswhich have a relationshipwithit.but modern concepts have appeared to beinterested in including the interest of all parties that are interactingwiththem in theirstrategies .

And perhaps the mostprominent of these concepts wefind, is the concept of social responsibility, whichaims to apply modern management techniques thatenhance the role and the status of organizations not only as an economicentity but also as a social entitysothatthisorganizationcanbe part of good citizenship system.And regarding the humanresources one of the important Parties of stakeholderswho are affected by them and are influenced by organizations, so the latest has to becommitted to the responsiblebehaviorthrough the embodiment of it’s moral and social principlestowards the basic foundation of business organization’sSuperiority and excellence.Throughthispaperwewillstudy the portance of social responsibility as a way of adoption and application of the organizationdealingwithvariousrelated parties, especiallywith the humanresources, and what are the manifestations of this philosophy to wardshumanresourcein business organizations
