English Abstract

The institution in the present Day living in the face of rising unit changes and developments and pressures, whether ecological (environmental) or organizational management, and That the reasons for this change, the motivation may be due to external causes (legal changes in the political structure and the legislature of the state, economic changes Goods and services, market economy, social changes, technological and cultural changes), or internal reasons (regulatory factors in the management of institutions, behavioral and procedural).

And so we find the institution between two challenges filed under changes at various levels and fields, or keep up with these changes at various levels and fields, or keep up with the emerging changes.

The process of change is to increase organizational effectiveness by uniting individuals' needs for growth and development with organizational goals for the use of the knowledge and methods of behavioral sciences, and the change effort to improve the effectiveness and the ability of the institution to the problems and the renewal of its operations to be done through the creation of a comprehensive development in the prevailing climate in the organization.

And the change is to convince the members of the organization (the organization) to new ideas, or to change the guidance and interaction in the heart of the institution and with its surroundings, change would bring about changes in the objectives and policies of the institution in the element of organizational or institutional elements.

And to change the properties and functions that allow them to exercise or application of this manufacturing strategy Among the characteristics (targeting, actually, compatibility, effectiveness, participation, legitimacy, reform, adulthood, and rationality, and development and the ability to innovate and adapt).

To find out, ask the following questions, what are the reasons for these changes and their goals? And what is the reality of the institution under these emerging on the various fields of changes?
