Abstract EN

New basic orientations appear in today’s world that show new types in economical , political, social and cultural relations between the countries of the world in one hand and within the same country on the other hand.

It also appears the effective influence factors of the changes and the developments ,especially those of the technological developments and the information and the communications revolution , or what is known as( NTIC).

Those orientations have produced new administrative types that have various signs but they correspond to the today’s world data which have great special competition between huge economic leaders.

It also witnesses huge technological starting up in different fields that dominates various fields as( production, business, services, and private and public lives) relying on the researches and the developments in order to satisfy the customers, and for the sake of the openness on the changing world and the respect of the human and his efforts exploitation, and paying attention at developing the services for the customers, and aheading towards the decentralization and small organizations.

these orientations and transformations have imposed new strategies or new administrative methods or methodologies that have not existed before , the most important ones were the administrative planning restructing ,perfection management, strategical planning, organizational development and the educated organization.

According to the foregoing, this paper ( forward-looking) tries to deal with the future organization signs, emphasizing on some concepts that have a link with its forms such as :educated organization ,qualified organization, humanitarian organization, peculiar organization, global organization.
