Abstract EN

The aim of this study is to highlight the leadership models and their importance within the institutions and their relationship on the development of human resources which is regarded as an essential element of success.

In order to reach this goal, we started to look for the theoretical aspect that reveals the basic concepts of leadership models in Likert and human resources.

Then, the relationship between them was clarified to present the most important methods for the development of human factor.

Concerning the practical side, we relied on a form as a tool for the study which consisted set of questions directed to a sample of human resources, including the staff and complex employees.

The study summarizes that the complex management excludes the authoritarian form of leadership.

Thus, it combines both advisory and management models to participate.

According to our analysis of data, it reveals that the models of leadership in the complex have a positive effect on the development of human factor under the following three methods: decision-making, communication and stimulation.
