English Abstract
The present article investigates the sociological and cultural variables affecting labour integration in the Algerian public economic societies.
It came due to several problems faced by the economic societies such as discipline, communication, work performance, work relations, applying the laws and other phenomena related to work adjustment.
The previous issues were proved by empirical studies and by the writings of specialized researchers.
For these very reasons, the article attempts to analyse the variables and the indicators behind work adjustment with a sociological approach and more specifically the socio-cultural dimensions.
This work is based on two hypotheses.
The first hypothesis measures the impact of family upbringing and socialization in comparison to the economic organization culture and principles.
The second hypothesis intends to investigate the effect of Algerian school on workers' practices.
