Abstract EN

The study aimed to identifying the extent of the application of total quality management requirement in the public institution.

The study community has been defined in the staff of el harrouch mills and their number is 109 workers.

60 questionnaires has been distributed, and 44 of them were retrieved for the analysis.

The study results indicated that most of the overall quality management requirements are not applicable, there were also statistically significant differences in responses of the sample members to the application of the dimension of the institution’s relationship with the suppliers due the variable of age, it also found differences in responses of sample members to the application of the two dimensions of continuous Improvement, information system and feedback are attributed to the variable of experience.

We also concluded that there was no statistically significant in respondents ‘responses regarding the degree of application of the total variable quality management requirements, due to the gender variable, the level of education, and the level of employment.
