Abstract EN

This study aims to verify the impact of market orientation antecedents (Organizational and environmental) on the level of market orientation in the agencies of the Algerian public banks.

To achieve this objective, the researchers conducted a survey of (managers and competent staff) in 30 agencies bank balance (Affiliates to different public banks) located in the willayas of "Skikda, Constantine and Annaba" , through a questionnaire that includes various aspects of market orientation antecedents and various behavioral dimensions of market orientation .

The results of the field study showed that the market orientation antecedents have an impact on the level of orientation a market in the agencies of the Algerian public banks
