Linked to the effectiveness and success of any organization efficiently the human element and its ability to work and the dedication of as a moving element, the effective use of material resources available, in terms of management based on maximizing the results on the rational use of material and human resources available, while it is difficult for the organization to rationalize the use of the human element of the multiplicity of its specific variables , so much more difficult to rationalize the administration's ability to use this element Which make the main problem facing the administration in any organization is to identify the specific for this component variables which are reflected on the behavior of these individuals, who represent the ability to work in the organization, it is through this article we are trying to find out the main factors that control the human resource behavior within the organization directing this behavior toward discipline, as the latter sophisticated behavior of all organizations aspiring to the analysis of its resources in this behavior, by answering the following questions: What are the administrative elements that control the behavior of the human resource? How do these elements affect the administrative process in determining the behavior of the human resource within the organization and discipline directed towards functional behavior?
