This study aims to provide a vision for the issue of the cultural rooting of western concepts in contemporary arab thought.by using the methodology of assimilation And rebuilding of the concept according to new perspective which was created by contemporary moroccan thinker ali oumlil, in order to evercome the cultural and civilizational experienced by the arab nation.

This makes rooting methodology an important process in any cultural formation.

Besed on that, the purpose of this methodology oumlil creativity is to inform the origins of concept, its practice, its sources, ist dimension, its existence.
