In the competitive light imposed by globalization organizations today calls on behind the interest in the human vendor in order to achieve efficiency and outstanding performance on the one hand and on the other hand it represents a solution to the inevitable to cope with the conditions of this changing environment and this was imperative for the organization to adopt new concepts, including the concept of organizational trust, which focused on reduce the gap between all the parties within the organization including interferes with the focus of the administrative empowerment based on trust between labor and management in the light of the status of their agreement are trying to link the relationship by asking the following problem: what is the relationship between organizational trust administrative empowerment of employees within the organization?
