Abstract EN

The main objective of the study was to determine the potato farmer’s general knowledge level in agricultural Techniquesin bardarash district,determining their knowledge level in inspect term of (Land preparation, access and provision of seeds, timing and method of cultivation, irrigation, fertilization, pest and disease, harvesting and marketing) and also determining the correlation between the potato farmer’s knowledge level and with some factors.

The research included (90) Farmer.

To achieve the objectives of this study a formula of questionnaire was prepared to collect datathe data statistically analyzedusing standard deviation and simple correlation.

The results of the study showed that knowledge level of potato farmers was between mid and low level.

The results also showed that there are a significant relationship between knowledge level of potato farmers and (amount of production , source of knowledge,incoming of contribution) and no significant relationship between knowledge level and (farmer age, education level, access of land scale, years of crop cultivation, agricultural specialization, participation in training courses) factors.
